I was practically hired on the spot. They basically asked me my availability and and what I was looking to do. But it took them so long to interview me because they were busy and everybody in the store was working.

very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
