J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (Las Vegas, NV) en juin 2015
Entretien
I started by completing an application online and they called me a day or two after--saying interviews would be held at 2 pm the day after at the location I applied for. There were a ton of people interviewing and I showed up ten minutes early and was last to sign up. Someone called my name and the interview was very laid back and the lady was really sweet and down to earth. It wasn't scary at all. They basically just confirmed what I wrote on my application and asked why I chose Chipotle. For this part, watch the videos and read their section online about "Food with Integrity." Seriously, they want you to know about their company. I was the youngest there (16) and I'm pretty sure the age factored in me not getting the job as everyone in the kitchen was 18-35, but they were really nice and the company is lovely so no hard feelings.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
