Walked in talked to a manager immediately likes to know that you will work hard, came in for a second interview and it went well there was a lot of general questions they like to see if you will be a good person to work with and that you can work hard.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
