J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) en janv. 2014
Entretien
In the group interview, we were asked why we wanted to work for Chipotle, and then what made us the best candidate for the position. I explained that I appreciated the company's values, stated my qualifications and mentioned facts from their website about experience in fast food NOT being required, and how I felt that I had all of the 13 characteristics that they look for in an employee. We were told we'd be called for 2nd interviews on Monday, but the call actually came on Tuesday. A different manager interviewed me, and asked similar questions. When he started to refer to the 13 characteristics, I said that I was familiar with them already and I knew all 13. He gave me a chance to list them and I did. He gave me a tour around the restaurant and we sat down for a few more questions. I got a call the next morning offering me the position.
