J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (Englewood, OH) en mars 2013
Entretien
The interview process was probably the best part. I went in for the open interview sometime in mid to late March and interviewed with my manager and the district manager. They were very friendly and the atmosphere was both professional yet conversational. They asked me questions about Chipotle’s history, the Food with Integrity ideal, and general personal questions. I was asked to come back for a second interview in early April and this interview was with several of my coworkers. This was significantly less professional. I often felt like they didn’t know quite what to ask me so they fudged their way through the interview but…at least I got the job. Overall, a sound process.
