Entretien
It took a couple days before I recieved a call from the recruiter, basic standard question, after a 3 days I recieved a call from the hiring manager /branch manager/ vice manager to set up an interview to their branch after 4 days another branch manager from other location called me for an interview and after a while ,recieved again a call from the other branch manager for an interview, the interview went well, I did not notice the interview took an hour and 10 minutes, interview with chitchat and sharing stories, very fun and cool interview, there's an unexpected role play in the middle of chatting, I'm aware so I did good job on my respond,the manager introduced me to her lead teller and asked a couple of question, interview question and kind of personal basic question like what my husband's do. They're both very nice, the manager told me that the recruiter will give me a call before the end of next week.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

It’s basically the STAR method questions. Questions based on customer service and sales
not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
