Phone interview was brief, than invited into the branch where i met the manager, if you pass both of those interviews you meet the district manager who then makes the decision along with the branch manager.

What are your long term goals with company if we hire you? They were adamant on asking questions about staying long term.
This was interview #1 with the national recruiter. She was very nice and helpful. Have the second interview coming up shortly with a local recruiter. After that, it sounds like there will be two more.

Very easy, very informative. The managers interviewing will ask a lot of questions and will also do perform some role plays with you. You will also be asked what you previous role entailed.
