Interview lasted approximately 2 hours. They ask you personality questions, sells technics and some roll play. Manager actually took me to the platform to interact with customers and guide them to the right direction. Be prepare to ask some questions about the company and the the roll you are applying for.

Entretien
Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

What were you most proud of in your professional and or personal life?
The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks

Standard interview process. Met a few personnel & the manager, got a feel for how the branch interacted with one another. Professional, nothing out of the ordinary for a role of this type.

They asked me if I was flexible in what position I was applying for.
