I applied for the CLDP Quantitative and Analytics track. Whole process took about 1 month. Applied through college career services and met with recruiters at campus events. There was also a pre-interview office hour to help students get prepared. First round interview was over the phone. Some technical questions with probability and expected values. But interviewer was very helpful through the process. When I was invited back for a super-day interview, there were only openings in Columbus, OH. Met with 2 VPs with PhDs in statistics. They discussed their jobs but tied in various technical questions and asked how you would respond. Usual statistics and probability questions. Very smart but also very supportive managers. They weren't there to give you a hard time but to understand your thought process and analytical skills.
