Entretien
The interview process was quite simple. You apply online and then you are sent a link to apply via HireVue with is an app you can download or you can do it from your computer using your webcam. You are given 8 questions and 3 minutes to verbally respond to each with a 30 second preparation for your answer. You will be talking into your webcam (or camera phone) while recording your responses. The screen will count down and keep track of your time.

Question 1
I was asked why do I think I am a good fit, what is an example of exceptional customer service, how do you diffuse an irate customer, what is your work experience and background, have I ever had a job where I had to meet a quota and how I handled it, and how did I deal with a sudden change in policy at a previous job. Those are just the ones I can remember.
