The interview process begins with a video phone interview, to be honest it was a bit weird at first because you are answering questions and seeing yourself. After I interviewed with a Branch Manager in person. The Final Interview was with the Market Director (District Manager), this interview was not like your typical interview. The market director interview is more about you making conversation, a good advice I would give for this last interview is to have questions to ask ready.
