I applied to two open positions online, Personal Banker and Part-Time Teller. I was e-mailed the next day by a corporate recruiter with a link to send in a HireVue video interview to be reviewed. After a few days, I was contacted by the Branch Manager (where I applied) for interview. During the interview, I was asked if I would consider taking the Part-Time Teller position (she was interviewing me for the Personal Banker position first and foremost). I said yes. The very next week I was contacted by the corporate recruiter that initiated the process to offer the Part-Time Teller position to me.

A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.

The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
