The experience was deeply disappointing. After preparing for all four rounds of interviews and receiving glowing feedback and enthusiasm, inviting me to the next stages, I was completely ghosted. HR promised an update within two weeks of the final interview, but no response came. Throughout the process, Talent was extremely positive and enthusiastic about my potential, and despite attending on-site interviews and following up persistently, none of the interviewers responded. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the brand and company, raising serious concerns about professionalism and workplace culture.
