Difficult interview process. The supervisors were extremely condescending and catty. One of the supervisors ignored my answers while frequently checking her phone. I have never felt more disrespected. Whether a candidate is the right fit or not, they should be treated with respect.
I should also point out the lack of diversity among the sales associates at the main entrance. This was an immediate red flag, especially for a NYC flagship store.

Entretien
I interviewed with an Assistant Boutique Manager first then was called for a second interview with a Boutique Manager. The interview questions were more about to get to know the applicant rather than to test them on knowledge, skills, or past work experiences.
