The interview process was what you'd expect from a large organization, but certainly more professional than most. Interesting that I felt more respected throughout the process than cycles with other companies in the industry. It's nice when companies recognize that it's a two way street and they need to respect that it takes a lot of time and energy from all parties to participate in the interview cycle.
