Initially very fast moving. Did ask what I was earning which I was not that comfortable with but decided to surrender the information. Rapidly progressed from 1st round to second and then things started to go really slowly. I should have known the writing was on the wall when I had to keep emailing the HR folk for the next stage after 3 weeks of no replies. Whilst it appears to be a good company to work for, the final part of the interview process was very unprofessional - generic emails with rapidly pasted first name. The final mail informing me I had not go the role was just a copy and paste and although perhaps I was a little dismayed about not getting the position, considering I was on the short list I was more or less treated like trash. Most definitely a questionably professional HR apparatus and not commensurate with the good name of the company.
