J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capgemini Invent (Holborn, England) en févr. 2016

      Entretien

It was not good. 30 mins introduction with another 1hr F2F interview where the interviewer deviated from Project management interview and started asking me business analyst, marketing and Sales interview questions. Then was sent on another group exercise where we were given some information to analyse. first it was a 20 mins for reading, another 30 mins for group delibration and another 30 for presentation. Information from the document was much and could not be assimilated within short time given even with my MBA degree, i struggled as we were about 5 candidates with work experience from different sectors. We had to disagree in order to agree cos some candidates came with marketing experience, supply chain and customers journey as well. it was just horrible Made my presentation with special refrence to marketing campaign on how the business under review can grow and get national presence (even though i had no marketing experience) but i was horribly and brutally told it did not contain much information that i needed to be succint, after wasting half of my day and time However, i know i have little experience in consultancy, and there was no way i mentioned being a consultant on my CV and the dishonest feedback i got from the group/panel delbration prior to the presentation was that i often get disengaged from the group. Having worked with different stakeholders in the past, i feel the feed back was totally wrong. This makes me wonder again the criteria for judging candidates.

      Questions d'entretien [2]

      Question 1

Was asked about Change management process which i promptly answered with the wealth of experience i have in project management. The interviewer kept on dragging me into Buiness analysis with major refrence of user stories. Luckily i was able to answer the ones i know cos i have experience in that area having worked on AGILE projects
