Communication was terrible. They take months to respond. There are a few stages, online application, online video interview, and online assessment day. The online video interview is difficult, asking for numerous specific examples around business technology. However, if you have a few notes taken with examples then you should be fine. The online assessment day was relatively straight forward, and the standard format of other similar roles. The final interview is not competency based, instead strengths based. Slightly weird ways of wording questions but not too bad.
