J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capgemini Invent (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2017
Entretien
A telephone interview followed by a half day assessment centre.
This comprised of information about the company, a 1-1 interview with a scenario and a group exercise where you were observed. There was then an informal lunch with people who worked there and a tour of the office.
I found the people were very helpful. The process was very organised. The person who had telephone interviewed me made an effort to introduce himself when I went on the assessment day which was good.
The scenarios were thought provoking and they were really helpful and explaining what they were looking for from each part of the process. I enjoyed the team exercise although it was tough and got to know my fellow candidates I liked that they made it clear that you weren't competing with each other. If you are already client facing it shouldn't be anything you can't handle. I guess for people who haven't done consulting before it might seem a little harder but they do make it really clear they are trying to see how you think and how you work with people rather than your technical knowledge in the scenarios.
In my case they got back very quickly to let me know how I got on and the Recruitment Manager was very helpful in answering questions and guiding you through the process.
I enjoyed the process as much as you can with these things and overall it was a very positive experience.
