Lean interview process; first round was a competency based interview with a Director and second round was a panel/presentation based interview with some technical questions with two partners. Received feedback quickly. Interviewers were warm and engaged.

Overall three interviews with very structured process. I had to postpone my last interview on short notice due to private emergency and they were really understanding and it did not impact the outcome of the process at all.

Entretien
I believe it is pretty standard for Capgemini and Capgemini Invent. There was an initial call with the recruiter where we discussed very generic stuff, and following that there was an interview with the hiring manager. If successful with the hiring manager, there is a final stage which is a panel interview.
