I truly enjoyed the interview process. I was interviewing at a few other firms but Capco stuck out as my recruiter was amazing and definitely helped me prepare for the interview. I also enjoyed speaking to each of my interviewees greatly. I would say that it's a tough interview and very thorough though everyone I spoke to was incredibly engaging. My advice would be to not only know your resume but know the specifics of the projects that you've worked on in the past as well as make sure to take the time to understand Capco as a firm and why this role makes sense in terms of your career and what you can bring to it.

Entretien
I had several meetings with different leaders. Some interviews felt transactional while others created real connection. I'd describe it as very conversational where the questions come up in a more natural way. I did a "case" and prepared a presentation for the partner team.

Interview was 3 stage process, expectations around timelines and process for each round was very clear from the start and well documented, moved quite quickly through stages, feedback at each stage was delivered with quick turn around times, interviewers were friendly and warm, made me feel comfortable, all interviews started and ended on time, gave me enough time and opportunity to ask questions, very smooth - very good experience overall.
