First interview conducted by HR. He explained the culture of the firm and the revenue expectation of a Principal Consultant in Capco. Second interview was a domian/functional/technical type by an ED. Third interview by a Panel which consisted of 2 Partners and 1 Associate Partner.

I had several meetings with different leaders. Some interviews felt transactional while others created real connection. I'd describe it as very conversational where the questions come up in a more natural way. I did a "case" and prepared a presentation for the partner team.

Interview was 3 stage process, expectations around timelines and process for each round was very clear from the start and well documented, moved quite quickly through stages, feedback at each stage was delivered with quick turn around times, interviewers were friendly and warm, made me feel comfortable, all interviews started and ended on time, gave me enough time and opportunity to ask questions, very smooth - very good experience overall.

I had great support throughout the process with a single point of contact. Everyone I met was supportive and put me at my ease. The interviews were challenging but fair.
