I interviewed with Capco's NYC office - it was smooth, quick (under 3 weeks) and everyone was very communicative, responsive, and nice. Questions were basic interview questions (I.e. tell me about yourself, give me an example of a time when, etc.) and mostly conversational in nature. I interviewed with a recruiter first, then 3 people at varying levels of the firm. Each interview was approximately 30 mins long over Teams (camera on).
