I had recruiter call and was scheduled a first interview. The interview was good and he asked mostly all type of data modeling and data architecture questions. I was moved to second round where the hiring manager presented a scenario and asked me to build data models on the spot and asked me few more questions about the model. I was moved to the next round where business partner had taken my interview. It was more like a chat to understand my experience. Post that I did not hear back from hr for the next 2 months even after sending many emails to hr and to many from the org. Later one day a hr called and gave me the feedback that I was not selected. Overall interviews were good but it is gonna involve lot patience to get the outcome.

The interview went well, with a focus on my expertise rather than generic questions. The discussion was supportive and engaging, and the HR process seemed more streamlined and less formal.
