First stage: 30 mins MS Teams with internal recruiter (Asked me to turn my camera off). This stage was around getting to know you, why you are interested in the role. Second stage: 90mins interview on MS Teams (Again no camera) going through STAR questions. Business case study given about a situation and you have time to prepare how you would go about it and then explain back. Third stage: 30 minute interview (camera on this time). More questions asked about challenges in the industry etc. The first two stages went well and I met with great persons. The final round I found the interviewer to be extremely boastful and arrogant which was really off-putting. I then didn’t hear back for over a week which I knew wasn’t good news as they were so keen prior to the final round. I chased the recruiter who interviewed me at first stage and he said that it’s a no however they feel I’d be a great fit for another role they had. Said they’d send me the details over and 4 months later and nothing! Why not just say you’ve been unsuccessful?
