1st round fit interview with an associate consultant includes live mandarin translation & 2nd round is an assessment centre: fit interview with senior consultants + 1 case study & presentation Culture is positive: Everyone is friendly throughout the interview process + HR is very accessible & asked for feedback since this is their first time doing an assessment centre in the KL office
