Straightforward interview process, approximately four interviews over a number of weeks. First interview with a recruitment manager to establish the grade you will be interviewed for. Following interviews with a Capco employee one grade above what you are applying for, basic questions around your experience no competency based questions.
Final interview with executives which was a repeat of the same questions from the previous interviews - Tell me about your experience, why do you want to go into consultancy, what made you apply to Capco

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.

The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
