Even after collecting all the personal relevant documents offer letter is not released. HR said that the offer letter is pending business approval for budget but she didn't even bother to call/inform what went wrong or to ask for negotiation.
She just dropped the below mail with no feedback or explanation. HR should have the courtesy to inform the candidate in person with a proper reason as she had already taken budget approval before scheduling the interview.
"Unfortunately, we have decided not to proceed with your candidacy for the current opening at Capco."

Finance domain knowledge, test effort estimation and planning, SQL, and SCRUM.

Was disappointed & shocked with the kind of irresponsible professionalism displayed by HR of Capco . First they put through rounds for functional testing then they referred to UAT TESTING POSITION again after same fresh process after 4 rounds they shot a RUDE rejection mail with noreply REASON we received many qualified applications & we have found a better candidate… it took them 4 rounds to realise this. HR was most unprofessional regarding scheduling at short notice & zero follow up or intimation.

LOCATION HOW WOULD YOU TRAVEL SO FAR - at Managerial level question by lady sitting in Bangalore is judging how i would travel in Mumbai to work location which was hardly 1.3 hrs(normal for any Mumbaikar)

Entretien
I appeared last year in 2020 for diff testing position and cleared all rounds. HR asked for document and there was no communication after that. No reply on multiple follow ups.
Again recently I got call from HR for another position. Appeared for interview , cleared , submitted doc .again silence.
Capco this is very poor hr experience. Twice cleared the rounds but same scenario.
If you don't want to hire, pls convey clearly.
