Creating a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process is incredibly important to us. We set the bar high for our recruitment team, as well as those involved in recruitment from the business. It appears that on this occasion, our high standards were not met.
After conducting an internal investigation, our understanding is that there were extenuating circumstances at the time. Unfortunately, a number of interviewers were out of the office due to illness. Since our Belgium office is smaller than many of our other offices, we have a smaller pool of interviewers, and for this reason the process took longer than it would otherwise do.
