Do not waste your time applying to this company. You will work for 70-80 hours completing a litany of long-answer essay questions, take-home assessments, aptitude tests, and endless interviews. The company is extremely deceptive about total time commitment and will shamelessly string you along and waste your time.
Uncompetitive salaries and does not provide laptop/equipment to new hires.

Filled out a questionnaire that asked for high school and other experience on math/science, arts, and other things. Then was invited to do a personality assessment. After that, I completed a technical assessment but did not pass.

Describe a people analytics use case you're most proud of
Extremely Disrespectful. STAY AWAY FROM CANONICAL.
You will be just ONE ROW OF DATA they collect in the name of job applications.
I spent so much time on the application (written interview, psychometric assessment, and technical assessment) that I got rejected immediately after submitting the last one. The whole process is designed to collect HIGHLY PERSONAL DATA and not for hiring (in my opinion).

They sent me a written interview consisting of 1.5 pages of questions. I wrote like 6 pages with 3 days work. Then, they sent intelligence testing quesitons. They then sent a technical interview, giving a one-week timeline. After solving it in a week and submitting it, I developed it for another two weeks. I interviewed with one person from each of the IT, human resources and workplace analytics teams. The interviews went well because I prepared very well for the interviews. I presented the technical case during the Workplace interview. The interviewer said I worked hard. But it was as if he had already made up his mind before the interview and listened to what I did out of symbolism. They were not very keen, probably due to my lack of previous work experience. However, the position I applied for was a junior position and this was obvious when I sent my CV before any interviews. If you're not going to make a decision based on the technical interview, why did you take three full weeks of my time with a technical interview? Afterwards, when I sent e-mails for feedback, no one responded. This is not a nice attitude for a company that says it values people so much.
