They then sent a technical interview, giving a one-week timeline. After solving it in a week and submitting it, I developed it for another two weeks. I interviewed with one person from each of the IT, human resources and workplace analytics teams. The interviews went well because I prepared very well for the interviews. I presented the technical case during the Workplace interview. The interviewer said I worked hard. But it was as if he had already made up his mind before the interview and listened to what I did out of symbolism. They were not very keen, probably due to my lack of previous work experience. However, the position I applied for was a junior position and this was obvious when I sent my CV before any interviews. If you're not going to make a decision based on the technical interview, why did you take three full weeks of my time with a technical interview? Afterwards, when I sent e-mails for feedback, no one responded. This is not a nice attitude for a company that says it values ​​people so much.
