Interviewed with 3 people separately lasting 45 minutes each. Mainly behavioral questions - easy to answer. They want to know if you know what Cameron is all about. Later on had lunch with them, talked more. Seems like a good group of people who know what they want.

Very straightforward interview. The interview team asked general questions about my strengths, weaknesses and previous project work. They also explored my teamwork and conflict resolution experience. Nothing out of the ordinary if you are prepared and have the experience.

Interview was initiated by a employee referral, then a 45 minute phone screening, which was followed by a 1;1 HR interview, followed by PM team members review and finally the director and a few other management members to complete the interview.
