Applied online and received an email to schedule an in person interview 5 days later. Interviewed by the team which the position belongs to. Interviewers were friendly and laid back, I went over my portfolio, they asked some pretty standard interview questions regarding skills and future goal. Roughly 2 weeks after the interview I received an offer.

They are Watching my portfolio and request for explaining some of projects. I guess they expect what he or she can do something or coordinate with original member. That might be issue for them such as some software skills and communication.

One 30 minute interview with one person, then submitting some recommendations, and I was hired.
This was the easiest and laziest interview I have ever experienced, and I should have realized the company didn't know what they wanted in an employee, how to vet potential employees nor how to manage employees.

Entretien
The interview was a skype conference call with a VP, senior associate and two associates. I went through my portfolio with them online. It lasted 30 minutes and talked about my portfolio of work and just generally about the team I was interviewing for.
