Fair, well-organized questions from screener, followed by contact with next level interview. Next interview was with the department head and lasted almost an hour. The process stalled at that point with communication level being less than I would have hoped for. Ultimately, an offer was made but was declined due to an absence of a true path for long-term employment success.
