Je travaille chez CME Group à plein temps (Moins d'un an)
When I was first interviewed, I felt like they were trying to sell themselves to me despite being fresh out of grad school and not having a lot of experience. They really value your training, job and career development, encourage you to move around to different divisions, and most people are very smart and take their jobs very seriously. It is a pleasure to be around a motivated and ambitious team.
Everything is pretty good so far. Maybe free lunches would be nice given the high cost of lunch in the area, but I'm not complaining about any of our benefits.
Conseils à la direction
Doing a great job so far, so keep it up!
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris +3 semaines. J'ai passé une entrevue à CME Group (Bangalore (Inde)) en juin 2018.
I applied through a Recruitment Consultancy. The process (although a bit unorganised) is really good and the people are so welcoming that they make you feel at home
