Entretien
It was a standard process of 3 rounds - HR, Manager, Director level. All of them seemed courteous and polite. The work culture seemed to be dynamic and fast-paced as per our conversations. Because of some recent mergers and acquisitions, the teams had expanded and this position opened up. IMO, There seemed to be lots of work but possibly less time to finish it - leading to a very fast-paced workplace and possibly less work-life balance. HR was very friendly and 'in-touch' throughout the process. However, I haven't heard back from HR after all the rounds were completed.

I had applied for the job online when I found it on LinkedIn. After 2 weeks, HR reached out to me over email to schedule the 1st interview.
1st round with HR (15-20mins) - Didn't ask any questions per se. Just had a conversation about the role - why it's open, what's expected of the person hired in the long run, and what the next steps would be.
They just asked for salary expectations at the end. We set up a time for the next round for the same week.
2nd round with direct manager (30 mins) -

Why do you want to leave your current job?
Your past job was a little different, how would you bridge the gap to this role?
CDW's 3 pillars are Cyber Security, Cloud and Infra - are you okay with these?
Do you have experience in handling vendors?
Do you have experience in SEO?
If we hire an outside agency for SEO, how would you approach it?
What team sizes have you worked with in the past?
How comfortable are you with uncertainty and processes that are not established yet?
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
HR called me the very next day to tell me I was selected for the next round.
3rd and final round with Director (30 mins) -

Why CDW?
How would you communicate with our clients to have them on board?
How would you communicate with our clients - why they should choose CDW over our competitors?
How would you engage with the internal stakeholders?
How would you bridge the gap from your current position to this role?
Very smooth and fast process. The recruiter was very informative and responsive. The hiring manager also provided lots of info about the position which clarified the expectations and they answered all questions patiently.

Entretien
First interview was with the HR manager over the phone. He asked basic questions; tell me about yourself, why you apply here, how this role is relevant to you, etc? After a week, I received an email from HR for a second round with the portfolio' Marketing Manager over Teams. She was reading and asking questions and going from line to line. It was a strange experience, as I could sense through the video that she was not interested at all.

Entretien
The interview process was smooth and straightforward, with the HR representative asking the expected questions and painting a positive picture of my company, and my future supervisor and manager adding to it.
The question that sticks out at me is my now-manager asking where I wanted to be in five years and appearing to genuinely care about the answer.
My now-supervisor appeared as happy to meet me as I was to meet him.
Onboarding was time-consuming but thorough, with no actual work assigned for the first two weeks because my new colleagues knew I would be spending a lot of time in meetings and making my way through 40-page manuals.
