Contacted by 3rd party recruiter. Good fit by desciption. Clearly stated my comp requirements. Was moved to interview with the hiring manager. Great interview. Later learned that my comp requirements were way off from what they were looking to spend. Kind of a waste of my time and the hiring manager's time too.
