Typical behavioral questions that you would expect from any phone interview. Approximately 20-30 minutes in length. No technical questions were asked only behavioral. Not any different from other phone interviews within the industry.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult person
Fully virtual didn't talk to anyone. Video question then 3 min response recorded. There was both cultural fit questions and almost no technical questions. They did ask about times where you had to deal with conflict and your best skills.
They rescheduled the interview 3 times with "sketchy" excuses and then emailed saying they weren't interviewing anymore. After emailing to ask why they weren't interviewing for the position anymore I never received a response.

They asked me if I could be available for 3 final interviews.
Not great. Interviewer got upset with me after asking what the highest selling sales team member made yearly. Interview was off from them, they lost interest after and werent really listening to what I had to say.
