In person interview with 3 other software developers. The interview had 3 parts (about yourself and your experience, situational questions (what would you do if..), technical questions (on coding skills i.e cpp). Nothing hard, they want you to show your personality and your way of thinking.

Entretien
Interviewers were very friendly. Shared a few laughs too. Accepted the offer as a consultant. Unfortunately, the offer was rescinded before I could start because all the consultants at CAE Montreal got laid off apparently.

Technical: Pure Virtual functions, frameworks, logic circuit, real-time computing, etc.
Behavior: How do you fix this new issue if you only have a week left, how do you fix errors in your code, etc.
Applied online, HR got back to me one week later. Interview was around 1 hour, with project manager and technical lead. Behavioral and technical are splitted in half. The manager showed me around work space and the simulators. HR wrote to me 2 hours after the interview saying that the interview went well and the hiring process has begun.
