It was an easy phone interview and when I arrived to the in person interview it was very rushed and was asked no questions, just told about the position. Said I would be contacted Monday but did not receive an email until Wednesday. I later learned that the person who got the job is the daughter of the office manager and the main manager is her brother in law. Seems like a conflict of interest to me and also pointless for me to even be interviewed when they knew no one else has a chance.
