J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez C.H. Robinson (Eden Prairie, MN) en juin 2018

      Entretien

VERY EXTENSIVE! 7 Interviews + 1 Test =GHOSTED First they had the company recruiter call me for a quick phone interview. After I passed that interview, they had me come in and meet with three members of the team. After that stage, I had to take a timed writing test at home. They sent me the test and gave me an hour to do as much of it as I could then send it back to the recruiter by the end of the hour. It was pretty standard for communications/PR writing tests. Write a press release, blog post etc. After completing the test, which they were very eager to have me do, they waited a week to get back to me. After they finally got back to me and apologized for the delay, I had a phone interview with a member of the team who works remotely. After that interview, they had me come in one more time for a final interviews where I met with two more members of the team. They said they'd get back to me soon, which I believed because they had been quickly moving me through to each next stage and giving me amazing feedback after each interview. From what the recruiter said, the team loved me! Finally I got an offer from another company, so I emailed CH Robinson to let them know I was strapped for time and ask when I could expect a final decision. The recruiter said she'd let me know the next day, which she never did. I reached out two days later and she never responded. I tried once more a week later, no response. Finally a month later, knowing I had been ghosted, I reached out to let them know that I wished them luck and in the future they should let candidates know their final decision, especially after having put me through such a process. I emailed the recruiter because I had read a really great article on LinkedIn that said it was good to email back recruiters who ghosted you and provide feedback- because ghosting reflects poorly on the company. I will not be recommending C.H. Robinson to friends and family. I've never had such a bad interview experience.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Most questions were pretty standard: Walk me through your resume, why were you drawn to this job/company, what are you hoping to get out of your next job, where do you see yourself in 5 years, tell me about a work project that you're really proud of?
