I interviewed with two individuals for about 30 minutes. They told me a lot about the history of the company, the responsibilities of the position. I was told that the temp position would last 1 year. After the year i would be hired full time and then after 6 months i could apply for other positions within the company. I got the interview through a hiring agency and received an offer within 3 hours of the interview.
