I was contacted less than a full day after I applied to set up an initial phone interview. It was about 30 minutes. Was asked to come in for a 1 on 1 with one of the office recruiters about a week later. Very standard interview with behavioral questions. Flowed nicely. Was then asked to come in another week later for another 1 on 1 with the department manager. It was basically the same as the first interview. Was then asked to come in again a week later for a final interview with HR manager and another department manager. This last interview was a little less flowy in terms of conversation. Was more like they ask a question, you answer, then they ask another. A little more uncomfortable than the others but whatever. All in all it was very standard but very lengthy. From application to offer, it took a full month.
