Met with several different people within the team as well as some management, overall it was a positive experience because there was a good connection from the start. I felt as though the hiring manager really wanted to get to know everything about me because of the type of role they were looking to fill.
There are three rounds of interviews. The first was with someone from HR to complete an initial screen. The second was with my would-be manager. The third was with members of the team.

Question 1
How does your past experience prepare you for this position?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Broadridge (Londres, Angleterre) en sept. 2020
Entretien
3 stages of interviews, all done online.
The first interview was with a senior member of the team where the discussion was more role-focused.
The second interview was with the Director which was more about expectations, team dynamic and past industry experience.
The third interview was with the HR manager which involved a conversation about the company, my CV and any questions I had.
The overall interview experience was good, however what really let it down was the extremely poor communication.
I only found out I didn’t get the job, by emailing the recruitment coordinator multiple times, 3 months after applying. Every reply gave an excuse as to why I hadn’t heard anything yet and I kept being told to wait “a few more weeks until the Hiring Team make their decision”.
I would have appreciated it more if I wasn’t given false hope each time I received a response and instead told that I didn’t get get the job.
Frankly, after having 3 interviews the least I would have expected would be an email or call to tell me I was unsuccessful once the Hiring Team had made their decision. Instead, I had to find out myself by contacting them.
Such a waste of my time.
