They asked me questions as if I didn’t know my field and questioned me on why I had no experience in the specific job type I was applying for. The job role was for a trainer but still asked why I had no experience. Asked me a few other questions on a zoom call, never got back to me with any feedback

Approximately one hundred and twenty minute face-to-face interview in the early morning at one of their offices in Rochford, near the High Street. The office was very clean, there were three interviewers.
