This was the first screening interview in which the recruiter told me about the company and the position and asked a a few questions about myself. It lasted about 20 minutes and I had the chance to ask the recruiter questions about the company and the position

I spoke with the recruiter first who reached out to me through LinkedIn. They were incredibly nice and seemed excited about the job, so conversation was easy. The first round interview after that went about the same way. Everyone was very nice and eager to assist.
