The hiring manager called me several days after I submitted a resume and we had a great chat. Then I got an interview next day, as I passed it I got one the following day and one more the next day. The whole interview experience was just awesome - the manager and HRs were super caring, always following up, providing tips and full information on whom I'd be meeting each day. The best part of the whole process was the wholistic exposure - I had 30min interviews with 7 different people from the team I would work with, from sales whom I'd cooperate with from senior management defining the philosophy. All the interviews were very exciting, super positive and challenging in a good way. I could see that all the people are aligned on values and goals, that they all have drive and are very passionate about working for Brightedge. All the interviews felt like a great conversation rather than a super formal interview. I loved the opportunity to speak with several VPs and the CEO, it gave me a lot of insight into the company's vision and culture. All in all - this is definitely 5/5 and the guys do a great job caring about the candidates. Thanks BE! Happy to be a part of the company now.
