This clear timeline set my expectations for a structured and respectful recruitment journey. The phone interview itself went smoothly, allowing me to share insights about my experience and learn more about the company's needs and culture.However, the professionalism I encountered initially did not extend through the process. Since the completion of the phone interview, I have not received any form of communication from the company—no feedback, updates, or indications of next steps. This silence has persisted well beyond the initially stated three-week timeline, leaving me in a state of professional limbo.The lack of follow-up has been particularly disappointing, considering the time and effort dedicated to preparing for the interview and engaging in the process.
