High expectations with limited resources: Although the company promotes work-life balance, in practice, CSMs are expected to do a lot with limited time and support. This created a disconnect between values and day-to-day reality.
Not ideal for long-term sustainability: If you're early in your career and looking to learn fast, Braze can be a great springboard. But for the long haul, especially if work-life balance and mental health are priorities, it can be tough to maintain.
