Just had the screening interview. Recruiter seemed really stressed and was rushing through the interview, seemed to make his mind up already that I wasn't the right fit based on my job title (actually opened with that). I dont know why I was even invited to interview in the first place. The compensation couldn't meet my expectations anyway but his demeanour seemed quite junior and unprofessional
